CPU not detected.

So I tried building a computer for a sibling with some of my old hardware that being the cpu, motherboard and RAM and case. All of these worked when I last used them and I had no issues so I thought everything would be fine.

 

The CPU EZ Debug LED is on and the Sys 4 fan is not spinning, everything else is spinning I believe at full speed.

Specs:

Lian Li 011 Dynamic

MSI Z270 Gaming plus

i5 6600k

RTX 3060

Crucial 500gb m.2

Corsair Vengeance 3600mhz 2x16

PSU Corsair RM750x

 

 

Things I've tried:

Clear CMOS and new cmos battery

Each RAM stick in each slot alone.

Tried different cpu i3 6100, just bought so should be working.

Only had CPU, Monitor and RAM connected.

Even tried without cooler connected and same issue.

 

I think it's a dead motherboard, my system is amd and not with me so I couldn't troubleshoot everything or use different ram.
