Budget (including currency): Around $1000

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Boneworks and VR as well as Unity

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I currently own the Case, Case Fans, and the Thermal Compound. I want to run games at around 60 fps on higher graphics settings (I don't plan to play games like Cyberpunk, Just VR and games like Stray and Minecraft)

I am new to this pc building stuff and will need relatively descriptive advice, I have planned the parts out using my basic knowledge here https://pcpartpicker.com/list/GvjHTn and will need advice that will stay into my budget. I plan to build this over rest of the year or so. I am willing to sell the case fans as they are not really that great according to the ratings.

Im just here for help or to give help 🙂
