Budget (including currency): I would like to see my options, I have a budget of 2000 USD but I can do 3000 USD AFTER TAX if the performance and reliability is worth the extra 1000. If you could show me 2 builds of around 2000 and 3000 USD that would be great

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Not much of a gamer, but would be interested in maybe some of the big games like elden ring and what not. Mainly doing trading, video and music editing (adobe), and streaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I already have the peripherals, just need the computer. I live near the tustin microcenter as well. Oh and I need WIFI as well at the moment

I'd recommend waiting till the end of the year for the ryzen 9000 series and the RTX 5000 series to release, you may want to consider these or just wait for these to drop to get better prices on different parts.
