Bitspower titan case

Hey everyone, I recently graduated and wanted to get myself a nice gift so I bought a bits power water cooled ready case, Now that I have everything setup and it runs the RGB in the fans and in the pump wont turn on. I swapped everything over from a prebuilt ASUS G15CF, It was the only thing at the time I could find at the time. Is there a software im missing or something I should have done? I have the splitter connected to the other cpu header which all the fans and pump run to. I have my lian li lcd screen controller connected to the main cpu header. I did try connecting the the spitter to the Pump header and still no rbgs. Im sorry if this sounds weird but I just play games not really that much of a pc builder.
