Why don't you get an FX-6300? They're only $120 on NCIX, are highly overclockable, and have excellent performance. If you're planning on going with a 6670, don't expect to be playing those games with higher than medium-low settings. The 5800K seems like a great solution, but you need memory with speeds of 1866 or higher for the iGPU and the CPU performance is quite poor. With the money you'll save on RAM, upgrade to a 7770.
