A screw that fits is fine.  That;s now screws, nuts, and bolts work with thread and pitch.  There is not exact necessary screw needed.


Literally get whatever holds it down nicely.

 

Or simply walk into any computer specialty store and ask for 1 SSD screw.  They have hundreds in a box I bet.  I know Microcenter does.

If it has the right thread and the top bit isn't too wide it might cause a short on the drive, it'll be fine.

 

A tip to prevent this happening in future: when I get a new mobo I take the M.2 screw out of the bag and fit it on the mobo. Then I know it is there ready for when I want to use it without having to hunt for the mobo box again.

If the head of the screw is too wide just put a piece of normal tape on the SSD part where the screw goes and you don’t have to worry about shorts. 
 

It’s ugly but works.
