Not the best FPS

I recently bought my computer.
It's a fairly recent PC due to the parts but I haven't stopped noticing that I don't have such good FPS in certain games like Assassin's Creed Odyssey...
What do you think it could be?

So what do you mean by "BAD FPS" ? How much is that? Or it's inconsistent or what?
What resolution and settings do you use?

I have good FPS but in certain scenarios of the game I have FPS drops.
I use 1920×1080 with the graphics on the second best option.

If I remember correctly, Odyssey has cutscenes that are locked to 30 FPS which causes screen stuttering on my 165 hz monitor. Could this be the same issue you are having? The game runs great on my 3070 though.

 Does not happen in cutscenes. I'm just playing and it's like the computer can't handle the game well and there's fps drop

Could you maybe do a recording showing the FPS drops and / or show us your 1%, Average and Highest Fps counts?

The biggest drops are consistent with CPU and GPU render time spikes, few more follow up questions;
¿Are you playing from an HDD? 
¿Is the HDD healthy?
¿What are your temperatures like?

¿Does this happen on any other game?
