Need help with potential upgrade

Budget (including currency): +/- 700 dollars

Country: Czech Republic

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Rust, Cyberpunk 2077, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, ...

Other details: I am looking to upgrade to a 1440p gaming capable machine. I want to upgrade my CPU, GPU and motherboard (potentially PSU?) right now and upgrade the rest later on.

I got a 1440p 165hz monitor for christmas, but I find my PC that I have right now to not be really capable of playing games at 1440p.

I attached the current specs I have.

I watched some videos and read some posts on affordable computer builds right now and have found these options: i5 12400F/ryzen 5 5600 as聽 good mid range CPUs, RX 6600 XT/RX 6700 XT (I am looking to buy a used GPU)

I would really love some help figuring out what motherboard to buy and if the GPU/CPU combo is a good choice or if there might be some better options.馃榾
