I bought a prebuilt (Rog strix G10CE)  a year ago and have replaced a lot except for the MB. It came with 16gb of ram at 3200mhz.  So i bought Corsair ram 2x16 3600Mhz but it’s stuck at 2133mhz. I also have 2x8gb 3200mhz that stays stuck at 2133mhz also when i try it. I havent tried them together. In bios there’s no ai tweaker option or xmp  so I’m not able to change voltage or anything. Is there any way to get it to at least 3200mhz?

What motherboard is in that computer?

Nope, you don't get any sort of overclocking capabilities with a pre-built. Asus locked that down tight. You're not the only one wanting this with this pre-built.

One of the solution I found, might be to overwrite the bios of the pre-built with some other bios from the same motherboard that isn't locked down, but that's very much YMMV kind of deal and could just brick your system.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700x / GPU: Asus Radeon RX 6750XT OC 12GB RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x16GB DDR4-3200
MOBO: MSI B450m Gaming Plus NVME: Corsair MP510 240GB / Case: TT Core v21 PSU: Seasonic 750W / OS: Bazzite

Yeah I’m about to just head to Best Buy and buy a new motherboard
