Your CPU is rated for DDR4 at 3200mhz, not 3600mhz. If it passes memtest (8 passes overnight) then your OC is ok, but still an OC.

I've heard Discord software causes problems with Windows 11 latest update or the other way around.

Otherwise, what's changed over the past 3 days ?

1) Router maybe getting a new Dynamic IP from your ISP, thus "shuts down internet".

2) PC can be set to shut down at a certain hour. Do you have any other Admin. accounts for your family ?

But if it's random shut downs, most likely a PSU issue, how old is the system overall, or components ?

Unfortunately no, there are PSU Hardware testers, but those are professional tools and may cost some good chunk of money. (and knowledge to operate)

If it's the PSU that came with the case (TX ?) it's definitely failing.

A PSU failure is usually when the PSU is unable to supply the demanded current by your components.
