All of my RAM modules are SK Hynix; 2 are CJR and 2 JJR. Kingston doesn't make RAM.

I checked HWiNFO64 and I got some infos: I have two Micro and two Samsung kits

Do you know the revisions?

Samsung B-die is considered the best option for Ryzen, E-Die just mediocre.

Micron RAM doesn't usually mix well with Samsung.

Which ones have the tighter timings (lower values)? Those need to be the secondary RAM so that the XMP could be loaded from the worse RAM if you want stability, if they even want to work together on anything higher than JEDEC.

At best would be not to mix RAM, especially with higher capacities and higher speeds.

Here's all the data from the sticks, ordered like in the MOBO, XMP revision 2.0

Correction: XMP revision is for intel, Number of Rank is 2 also, mybad

Correction 2: Module Revisions says it's 0, what should it be? is it the version number marked on the ram stick itself ?

You don't see the info there.

Install Micron into A2 B2 Samsung into A1 B1. Try XMP.

If it's a no-go, install Samsung into A2 B2 and Micron A1 B1. Try XMP.

Do not mix different RAM in the same channel pair slots like having Micron in A2 and A1 and samsung in B2 and B1.
Same colored slots should have the same RAM.

Oh for real?! I thought it was the 8th line, Module Revision.

I think I tested this configuration already, same thing. I'll re-try it tomorrow also by swapping the Samsung and Micron by themselves, so it will be:
Samsung1 Micron1 Samsung2 Micron2
Samsung1 Micron2 Samsung2 Micron1

Samsung2 Micron1 Samsung1 Micron2
Samsung2 Micron2 Samsung1 Micron2

I'm going to bed now, thank you so much for your time and help, see you tomorrow!

Hello,
So i did swap the rams 4 times like above, exactly the same problem. I think i'm going to contact Asus and Corsair and ask for help. it's either the mobo or the ram I think, maybe that particular combo of 4 x 32 gb of two  different duo kits may  be the problem for DOCP.

Do you have any other suggestion ? i'm running out of ideas 😆

Hi,

You are using two kits in your system, unfortunately this is not a supported configuration and you would only be able to use 1 kit (2 sticks) at the advertised speed.  If you want to use all 4 sticks you will need to have XMP disabled.

BAM in my face. I guess it was that easy? Sad.

Fortunately for what i'm using the PC, ram speed does not matter.

I guess this is the solution

The board does support 4 32GB sticks at xmp, it's just that you're using different sticks. If the sticks were the same memory, it would work, at least at a lower speed like 3200 or 2933.
