alienware 510h headphones problem

i dont know if anybody else has had this problem but when ever i have my alienware headphones plugged in via usb to use the 7.1 surrond sounds features etc. after a few minutes of playing like a youtube video and play a game at the same time one or both of the sources get a really bad echo like the sounds is coming from another rooom. i dowloaded the newest drivers and this didnt help. it doesnt happen when i am using the 3.5mm audio jack only on usb. anybody know what to do? really frustrated cause there nice headphones.
