he has also added a second 480gtx running in SLI I

 

will this run arma 3 and bf4 well? is it worth the 1000$ ?

Bad deal do not get it. Build your own :D it's easy fun and it works 99.9% of the time :D linus has some great guides on it. If you in the worst case scenario do not want to build your own look for another PC because this one sucks.
