will this run arma 3 and bf4 well? is it worth the 1000$ ?

Oh god no.... You can fit a 780 in a 1000$ budget, don't even consider that thing.

Bad deal do not get it. Build your own it's easy fun and it works 99.9% of the time linus has some great guides on it. If you in the worst case scenario do not want to build your own look for another PC because this one sucks.
