When all else fails, use the Windows Media Creation Tool to install windows.  BUT, during the process, delete any/and/or/all partitions prior to the actual installation.  The Tool can do this for you.  I have had that exact same problem in the past and after much frustration I went back to the old standby, reinstall windows deleting the partition(s) in the process.  That way everything is nice and clean and it all worked out fine in the end.

Good Luck.

Before we go into hardware checking. Go into bios and load defaults, your board may be overclocking your CPU. We have to rule hardware issues out.

Steps:

1. Try to install with 1 stick of ram. If it does not work, try the other stick.

2. Nothing worked, try different SSD.

3. That did not work, try different card.

4. That did not work, try different PSU.

5. That did not work, try different CPU.

6. That did not work, try different motherboard.

If you are getting a BSOD while using the WMCT, you definitely have some problems.  Most likely related to the BIOS, as was also stated in the remarks, enter the BIOS and make sure that everything is set to DEFAULT.  Once that is done, then give the WMCT a try.  But make sure the only devices that you have installed are the minimum devices necessary for the machine to boot and run.  Just the boot drive and the GPU along with the CPU of course.  Skip all the extras like RGB lighting, second hard drives, second GPU, anything absolutely not required for the machine to boot.

After doing this, please drop us another note here in the forum and let us know how it turns out.  And NO OVERCLOCKING AT ALL.  We want to get the machine to run before we start playing with the settings and stuff.

And if necessary, during the process with the WMCT, don't forget to delete ALL the partitions on the boot drive so the WMCT will create what it needs for Windows to install.

Good luck, and don't forget to let us know what happens.

update: tried everything: only cpu vga 1dram 1ssd and psu. nothing worked. updated official chipset driver. nothing worked. the thing is, i can get into bios, but when it comes to WMCT, it tries to fix my pc and then bsod. 1 important thing - that i bought it used, so i think i might be fooled. but seller gave me videos it working with r9 3950x. also i plugged in only 8pin cpu power, do i need to plug in extra 4pin?
