Need a new communications program/software

So I reinstalled Windows and all the programs I had but Skpe is being sh*t as always and doesnt open when I click the icon nothing happens at all I googled up many different solutions and tried them but none of em worked for me. So to hell with Skype.

 

I want something else that is NOT Teamspeak(I dont want to have just servers I want to have a menu where you can see your friends like in Skype). But as far as I know all the other programs excluding Skype and Teamspeak arent that much used. There is Razer Comms, Mumble(which i think is payed), Ventrillo and I dunno what else. What's a good one to use??

 

 

 

Ooor meanwhile I could just use Steam Calls :P

Razer comms will probably be the easiest for you to use as there is no need for a dedicated server to host the call.

Dolby Axon? That's what I use when Skype is being retarded as balls.
