Xbox controller not working on Android TV

Giving up on finding a PS5, I've been trying to get some game on the Smart TV. The TV will discover my unoriginal Xbox 360 wired controllers as what they are but no buttons seem to work. Wireless keyboard and mouse works fine.

 

Geforce now, Steam Link and AMD Link have all been tried.
