But I doubt the 710 is doing anything when you have a 3060 in there

yeah bro the problem is in the 710 connected to a old 720p display through VGA cable, the icons and text r bigger that the 710 runs without a driver and when i roll back drivers in some games it recommends me to update to latest driver, when i update to  latest driver the 710 icons and text become bigger or the main screen connected to 3060 becomes black screen and only the display connected to 710 works
