What is your most stable settings for the rx 6800xt?

My most stable settings are having my clocks at 2500 to 2600mhz and voltage at 975mv.  Also my power limit at +15%.  I've never had a crash with these settings.

I had to 3d print parts in order to add a 420mm aio to my gpu but it was worth it.

I can game at over 2700mhz but I experience crashes after 5 or 6 hours of gaming at that threshold.

probably because the water block does not cover VRMs or VRAMs well enough, that is why you should only buy gpu water blocks that are made for the exact card.

I've never used a water block, I just use normal aio's.  I wish VRMs were easier to cool.

not a good idea. Usually people that do this have case fans pointing at the VRAMs and VRMs in order to keep them cool, but that is not a good solution either, that is why air cooler is better on gpu than AIO will ever be.

Yes I know but I also want to overclock my ryzen 9 5900x to over 5ghz so I need to know how to cool motherboard VRMs.

My gaming temps in most games at 4k is usually around 40c to 45c.  When I game in 1080p my temps stay below 40c.  My idle temps usually stay at ambient temperature.  Right now I'm in vr and my temp is at 38c.  My cpu temps never go above 45c in gaming with all cores at 4.9ghz.

Very true.  It took me forever to find the right settings but then my cat walked on my keyboard and everything worked out.
