Weird spots on monitor

Hello there, I've noticed for a while that my monitor has these weird spots on it that are only vizibile when it is closed and when looking very closely at it (I had to get really close and turn on the flash on my phone to capture them)

 

 

The question I have is: What are they? Has anyone else come across this before? 

 

P.S. The monitor in question is an AOC 24P2Q

I can 100% assure you that that is not sneezing. The spots are there even after I clean my monitor

Only once I've cleaned it with some lens cleaner but then I switched to water as that is what the manufacturer recommended

Is the peel still on it?

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Maybe Restart it?

Were the spots there before using the lens cleaner?

Modern monitors don't have a glass layer, chemicals can damage them.

Only wipe with fabric clothes. If too dirty cannot clean up, gently with little water. 

 

If you touch chemical, bye bye mostly.

That is something I cannot remember, the monitor itself is relatively new
