Replacing paste only helps if it's old/dry

Undervolting do not necessarily loses FPS, what it does is reduce voltage for a given clock, so it can either ends up with as much  wattage, higher clocks and higher fps, same temps,  or less wattage and then lower temps and maybe lower fps

All depends on the card, if it's first become power capped or (stable) clock  capped
