Hey guys,

First time on this site. I’ve been experiencing a black screen/ no signal issue but my PC remains on and programs and apps i was running stays on, video i was watching continues to play too but still it says no signal. To fix this, i have to restart the PC. Has happened more than 10 times.

Been trying to narrow down the issue, so i ran a couple of tests. I ran heaven benchmark and no crash. I ran windows memory diagnostic and no crash either.

However, when i ran a Multi-core cinebench test, it crashed my PC instantly and got to the blue screen. Running the Single-core cinebench test was fine tho.

Question is, what do i do next knowing that PC crashes on multicore cinebench?

Would appreciate any help thank you.

Do you have any software changing the okay temperature range for your CPU? Does the test complete itself if you wait long enough? Does your computer have any POST codes during startup? What version of CineBench are you using?  Is it corrupted? What is the OS you are using and the version? Does your motherboard show any signs of sending an output to your monitor? Have you tried unplugging and plugging in your display? Do you have the latest BIOS version installed? Do you have the latest drivers installed?

Omg, it's a signature!
