Looking for quiet cooler

Looking for a quiet cooler, I love the wraith prism I have but the whirring sound is a bit annoying and when it has some load it is even more loud. I want a better cooler, I am looking at these coolers: (max height 160mm, Thermaltake S100)

Cooler Master Hyper 212

Scythe Kotetsu Mark II

DeepCool AK400

 

Rgb would be preffered but is not needed considering the budget, my goal is a nice quiet cooler

Just ziptie an arctic p8 pwm fan on the thing, if the fans the problem then fixing it is a matter of swapping the fan

The AK400 is going to perform basically the same as the Hyper 212; I think the AK400 is slightly louder, but if the Hyper 212 is hovering around £50 like it has been in the US, just take the AK400 at £35 honestly.

There is an A-RGB version. I'm not sure it is available in the UK.

Depending on what cpu you are using, the Noctua u12s is a very nice a quiet cooler. 

Not the cheapest though, and some people object to the aesthetics - although you can get it in black now. 

 

Edit: I just looked up the UK prices. Normal noctua may be outside of the budget, but the Redux series seems to be possible, by the skin of their teeth.
