Cooler Master V8 cooling performance?

I'm thinking of buying an old CM v8, just because it looks nice, but what is the actual cooling performance of it? Will it be able to cool modern mid-high range CPUs? Also, I'm pretty sure it doesn't have the mounts for AM4 or LGA1700, so would I be able to buy mounts for it?

Please mark as solved if I answered your question.

It should be able to cool any mid range CPU but i would be aware that an old heatsink might have surface damage on the area that comes in contact with the CPU hurting cooling performance. Also cooler master makes a kit they sell for 5 dollars here: https://store.coolermaster.com/us/lga1700-mounting-bracket-kit

What is your budget? There are more modern options that would likely make much more sense.

Ryzen 7 7800x3D -  Asus RTX4090 TUF OC- Asrock X670E Taichi - 32GB DDR5-6000CL30 - SuperFlower 1000W - Fractal Torrent - Assassin IV - 42" LG C2 - Windows 11 Pro

It's not about the performance though, I want the V8 because it's a V8, and they look cool, that's about it.
