CPU utilisation problem

it's not the PSU.  I know this much so far.  Looks like that program is loading up just one core.  Can you let me know the size of the picture your using in your demo?

 With all the Trolls, Try Hards, Noobs and Weirdos around here you'd think i'd find SOMEWHERE to fit in!

motherboard and chipset drivers up to date as well?  What are your affinity settings for these applications?

 

Example:

Go to Details in task manager and right click the application:

Select 'Set affinity'

 Then in the following window make sure you have <all processors> checked

turn off the nvidia performance overlay, it makes everything lag in my experience. 

 

u can use msi afterburner overlay instead

i had it enabled alreadz like all the processors.
