Built my PC in Jan 2014, just using the bare minimum on cooling and appearance, just with a  LED CoolerMaster fan and the crappy coloured stock fan that came with the case.

Now i've upgraded from the stock fans, putting 2 LED CoolerMaster fans in the front, and buying new Noctua fans to go dotted around the case, which has actually reduced my motherboard temperatures too. Ive also replaced the stock heatsink with a new CoolerMaster TX3 Evo, which personally I find really great value, and does the trick of reducing my CPU temperatures when gaming and idling by around 5-10 degrees Celsius... More than I expected.

What I'm really here to show off though is the NZXT 1m LED case fan cable. It comes so that it fits in a PCI hole in the back of the case, and after changing a few of the wires around in the molex plug, i got it to work with a 3 pin molex connector from the PSU.

Here are the results of my upgrades.

It's looking pretty good. Good job.

My only question is.. Why do you have a Noctua fan blowing @ the PSU?

Or, if it's blowing at the HDD, that's even worse.. You said you put 2 fans on the front. The Noctua fan makes an unbalanced airflow inside your case.

I basically ordered the wrong fan for that one, so I had to pick the least important space for me to disrupt airflow in the case.. that turned out to be at the PSU, where the PSU fan was sucking air in anyway,

Also, not putting it in would be.. A. Wasted money, B. It wouldnt /really/ harm it much to put it in, it doesn't do much.. but at least it does something, and also my GPU has a small fan so it needs all the air it can get.

Yeah, you guys didn't know? Blue lights increase the CPU performance, while Red lighting increases GPU performance. These are facts.
