Ryzen 7000 instability?

Hello,

Currently i cant play any games on my pc, they all instantly crash after 1-2 seconds.

I also get a  lot of BSODs all in the category corrupted files and or GPU problems, the same gpu was in another pc and it was completely fine.

I tried reinstalling windows many times and i also tried not downloading the Gigabyte provided drivers and turning off the iGPU, all of these didnt help anything, does anyone have a idea what i can do or is experiencing something similar?

Corsair Vengance RGB at 5200mhz

Zotac RTX 3090

Seasonic Prime Platinum 1300W
