I get DXGI_DEVICE_HUNG_ERROR every single time I play Fifa. Happens only on Fifa all other apps work just fine.
I have tried every solution available online, also had microsoft agent tell me what to do and that didnt work too. I also gave access to my pc to one of microsoft's agents and even then couldnt fix the issue.
All drivers are up to date, even tried deleting them with DDU and reinstalling again, didn't work.

Wait what? Microsoft doesn't have agents. They have support technicians that can in some circumstances remote into your computer but that is a business class service that you have to pay for. I used to be MS certified when XP was King. Are you sure it was Microsoft not someone with an Indian accent on the other end?

IF it only happens in that game, the game is it at fault here. Getting help from EA is difficult at best these days.

What you can do is try and lower the ingame settings. Maybe one of them is causing the issue.

Something else you can try is to DDU and then install an older version of the graphics driver.

If you play the new FIFA, chances are that other players experience the same crashes.

Make sure to report it to EA so that they at least are aware if it. If they are not willing to patch it, maybe the gpu driver will get updated in a future release.

Probably used a bad word here, I went into live chat through official microsoft site, tried different methods and after that they offered remote access as well.

That's fine then. Try playing at lower settings and if it still crashes, DDU and get an older driver.

Sadly I tried playing on an older driver and it doesnt fix it.
Probably thats EA's issue but their support is such a pain in the ass to deal with.

I KNOW...... ever since they launched Origin, they moved the support mostly to India. Once you get one to chat with you, they are friendly but having a hard time helping as well because they have limited options on how to treat your issue. Try posting in the official EA forum, maybe some moderator will push your message up the chain, maybe...

idk if I'm dumb but I am not even able to get into live chat since my country is not included in their support site so I cannot give my number coz its not available for my country hence cant get access to live chat.
