B650 dram issues

Hi guys I just built a new system with a 7600x and gigabyte b650 motherboard, I'm finding the pc gets stuck on the dram led on the motherboard for about 20 seconds before it finally boots to windows, I've tried all the typical troubleshooting steps like mem test, reseating cpu, swapping sticks around and trying with one stick, I see a few other people have had this issue with other brands of b650 board, so I'm curious wether this sounds like a bug that can be fixed thanks
