Some settings directly on a monitor from Nixeus EDG27V3

Jade Roxy

Got to changing the settings and realized some settings are locked; brightness, contrast, temperature, and RGB are not customizable. I've tried the custom color option that comes with AMD's Adrenaline software, changed the brightness by 25% and it looks bad. Right now the brightness is locked to 50/100 directly on the monitor and reduced by 5% on AMD's software. Since I have glasses that reflect some light from screens, I don't really mind how bright the monitor is. I could just tell my family to suck it up since it's my monitor. Even with my glasses I can't help but be worried that the monitor still has the potential to damage my eyes. What should I do?

extra: The monitor did not come with a manual, instead it came with an installation guide. I’ve also already contacted Nixeus’ CS, and waiting for their response.
