Windows update failed?

I updated windows by clicking 'update and restart'. Now , it goes to 75%, stops for a moment and says ' we couldnt complete the changes, undoing changes, dont turn off your computer'. It restarts and goes back to 75% and goes on a loop like this. Its been going on for 30mins-1h right now.... Can anyone can help me with this? I cant turn off my PC cuz it tell me to not turn off, so i cant really do anything right now....

reboot into safemode and set it back to a time when you didn't have this problem try again, probably a corrupt file
