Can't understand headers

Hey!

 

Installing GAMMAXX L240T to a computer, and there is 2 header's. I guess one is a pump power, other is led.

My question, which is which in this photo??  

Pump is with the wings in this photo, or not?

the one on the right is the pump i believe.

And is it ok if I'll put a pump header to 4 pin connector? Becouse on the motherboard it's written AIO_PUMP, but it's 4pin...

I am going to assume the connector on the right is for the pump.

Yes, 4pin and 3pin connector guides are interchangeable as they only go in one way. In the case of the 3pin into 4pin, the outer most pin will just be exposed. A 3pin connector utilizes voltage speed control, whilst the 4pin would utilize PWM (pulse width modulation).

I would assume the non-standard connector (the one on  the left) is for RGB. The one on the right looks more like standard 3 pin connector.

But you can just plug one in and you'll see if the leds light up or not. Or check the documentation that came with the cooler, or the website.
