Can someone help. I'm new to PC pretty much, so anyway I had my PC freezed then it'd turn to blue screen. After blue screen it'd reboot saying "Fixing Drive :C" and before it completed it'd go back to blue screen. Reboot again, only to do have the same thing over and over.

And after few blue screens it'd enter BIOS. So I just try save changes and reboot, but then it'd go back to BIOS not trying to even enter Windows. So I shutted off my PC, turn it on again just to found out it did the same thing again. From my noob standpoint maybe something to do with my SSD. But I need some suggestions and confirmations

A faulty SSD sounds like a viable cause for the problem. Did you already try to start into save mode? After the PC fails to start a few time, it shows you a menu with advanced startup options. Maybe you can get it to start otherwise.

You could also have faulty RAM, that makes your system crash before getting through with fixing the drives. That sounds highly unlikely though.
