Need Help building my first PC

Hi guys, I am going to build my first Gaming PC using a budget of max 1500 Euros. To be mentioned, I can only purchase the components from my local stores. That means I don't really have a lot of options when it comes to choosing some components. The site I will buy the components is this one: Componente PC la prețuri avantajoase în Moldova > DARWIN. I need help from you guys to tell me the best configuration possible on this budget and using local options. The config I came with is this: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/DDCkPX. Thanks in advance!

P.S I don't need a SSD since I already have one. That is also the case for a Monitor and peripherals.

hmmm, what kind of fps do you expect, and 1080p or 1440p?

 

on what settings? (60fps/120fps/Medium/Ultra)

1440p would be nice, with constant 60fps 

btw graphics settings dont count as much, because I am used to play on shit graphics, coming from a 2012 low end laptop  atleast high-ish settings

do you need future proof motherboard?

 

because you can get cheap that can handle the cpu but stronger cpu would need better MB

Still I won't put a Celeron in my system paired with a 3080, i would like for it to be in a balance

5600x with a motherboard that is just enough for it?
