Power Limits for 13900K

There was an article in Tom's Hardware talking about cooling this CPU. They recommended power limits so that your fans aren't running at 100% all the time. What power limits would seem reasonable?

Your fans won’t be running at 100% unless your temps are extremely high… which they won’t be when at idle, and likely won’t be that hot even in games depending on cooling and ambient temps.

Heats not an issue unless you play Cinebench loops all day or you throw Prime 95 at it for fun. If you’re doing normal tasks and have a good cooler, it won’t be an issue. If you wanted, you probably could lower the voltage by 0.05v without loss in performance. But, every chip is different, you’d need to try yourself what you can undervolt it without losing stability.
