Quick question on CPU temperature sensors

Hey guys, I just have a quick question about CPU temperature sensors in HWiNFO64.

 

The CPU (Tctl/Tdie) sensor is always a few degrees (sometimes even up to 10 degrees) higher than the Core Temperatures (average) sensor. Which one should I mainly use to determine how hot my CPU is running? In other words, which sensor should I use to control my custom fan curve?
