Hello i have a question

Hello,

 

I have a question. I will have the 12400f cpu and i need a mother board for it. Around 200 euros. But i also want for it to be able to overclock cpus. In the future i will buy the 13600k or the kf version so i will want for me to be able to use both of the cpus. I was thinking of theMSI PRO Z690-P DDR4.  And another question is what is a good cooler for the oc 13600k i want to invest now so that i wouldnt have to change everything in the future. Is the arctic 34 esports duo good? My case isnt the biggest so the max height for the air cooler is 165mm. If aio is a better option where should i mount it?

You're still in New Builds and Planning with questions about the same build, so how can people see what's been discussed already?

I have put my location it is lithuania not germany. And yes im overthinking too much because its my first time building a pc. Btw i forget things quickly its like a condition. Sorry for this mess.
