Won't post, boot or display

I have a problem after upgrading from r5 2600 to 5600x. I've updated the bios to the latest version and it says it's supported on the motherboard website, I've used it for some times with the 2600 and it work fine. Now, when i turned on the pc, on the ez debug led first the cpu light up then vga and boot light up together then vga light up for about 3 seconds then boot light up until i turned it off. No display or anything just the debug led. The pc looks normally turned on with the peripheral. I've tried clear cmos, using each of the ram on each slot. reseat everything but nothing works. I've attached the video about the ez debug led.

Adata xpg 256 nvme ssd

Corsair RM650
