Hello there, i got a weird one today馃ぃ So everytime i start my pc and press the bios key it fails to boot and bios is not loading.If i dont press the bios key it boots up normally and works fine,doesnt crash no blue screens nothing,it passes cinebench 23 on 30 mins.I tried entering bios from windows and i get the same issues.

Any ideas?

Could be a corrupted bios or a bug, you can try re-flashing it and see if that corrects it as a first call.

Head over to your motherboard manufacturers website and download it from there, write it to a USB and give it a go.

I have done it, worked for 2 hours then after i tried a windows memory test it failed to start the test and it doesnt go to bios again.Ram is detected as it should be.

  1. Take out the CMOS battery to revert the bios back to default.
  2. You could try flash a previous version of the bios rather than the latest one.
  3. Take out the RAM and try go into the bios with just 1 stick, if that freezes rotate it out for another one and try the bays.

Might be a dead battery on the mobo?
