Can someone review my build please? I know I already made a post for this build last month, but I ended up waiting for Black Friday deals and I also increased my budget this time.

The build is fine.

USB-C is an added cost part in Pop cases. It's not expensive and with getting, https://www.newegg.ca/fractal-design-fd-a-usbc-001/p/N82E16811994093

Could save a bit using an AK620 CPU cooler and DDR4-3200 CL 16 memory. Could also get a less expensive NVMe drive. All quibbles that won't make a great deal of difference.

What about the monitor? Should I change it? Is 400$ too much for a 1080p 240Hz? Should I go with a 144Hz instead to save money or get a higher resolution? I'm not sure if I'll notice enough of a difference to justify the extra cost of 240Hz.

The 6800 XT will do a nice job with a 1440 monitor.

I know, but Black Friday hasn't officially started yet. I'm hoping we'll get better deals this Friday because the price of the rx 6800 xt just went back up to 1200$ from 868$ today. If we don't I'll probably end up waiting some more for Boxing Day. Plus, the new AMD 7900 GPUs will be out by then.
