mic problems

I had an issue with obs not showing game but jsut a black scrreen so I unistalled and then reinstalled while completely deleting my user settings and NOW I have an issue with my mic picking up fan noise even though I have both noise gate and noise suppression andTHEN my own voice sound weird like muffled or picking up static as I talk.

 

I have noise gate, noise suppression(RNN), compressor and limiter. my mic is a yeti nano black on the desk(no mic arm)
