COD MW2 WONT LAUNCH

Lenovo ideapad gaming 3 with AMD 5600h and rtx 3050ti, 8Gb ram, 1.25Tb storage.

 

So i have the new MW2 on my desktop and my laptop. It works perfect on my laptop, but it will not launch on my laptop. It launches, gives the "start in safemode" text, and then "settings have changed text, and then crashes with the attached picture. Ive tried disabling my firewall, updating all drivers, rolling back drivers, updating windows,  rolling back windows, complete system wipe and reinstall, and its been 2+ updates since the issue started. Got the game to launch once and that was it, didnt play, i was just testing. No idea what to do now.

another common thing i've heard of is make sure your av isn't blocking any of it(had this issue with warzone).

Yea ive tried all of these already maybe the operator skin setting would work if the game even launched. Ill change it on my desktop and maybe see if itll work that way, but slim chance. I have my antivirus completely disabled along with my firewall as well. Im at a loss. Ive never had this issue before and i was really hoping the WZ2 launch and update would fix something....
