I updated my AMD RX6600 to 22.11.1 day before yesterday, and from today morning I am facing random BSOD and freezing. Yesterday I played Unchartered 4 and Apex and both ran fine. I checked Memory with Memtest86 and no errors were found. I checked with Who Crashed and this are the results:

Have you considered rolling back the GPU driver?

After doing some extensive testing and rechecking everything I also think that it maybe the GPU driver as AMD Optional is just a signed beta game ready driver.

Rolled back to 22.8.1 Optional which was the original one and then again updated to 22.10.3 WHQL.

Looks like issue was with 22.11.1 Drivers and XMP memory as bios reset itself with every BSOD.

Yup, why I always stay away from the (optional) unless it has the fix for the issue I'm encountering.
