Reaper daw (NO ENABLE INPUTS)

I've got a Behringer UMC22 Interface and Shure SM58. When I try to use the Reaper DAW and select first and last inputs, the drop down menu is completely blank. I reinstalled the drivers for the interface but no luck. What do I do?
