This is a trusted store here, i bought 2 noctua fans there recently, got it in 2 days, it's well know online shop here, bit expensive, but still.

And it seems they sell the CPU bit early.

Looking at the naming of the chip, would this be a better binned version of a 4570? I have never seen a i5 x590 before, and couldn't find anything of the sort either.

As far as i have observed there are no i7 or i5 chips that end with xx90.

Could someone correct me? I don't know everything about Intel's CPU's but i thought i knew at least this much about the naming scheme.

I am confused
