Hi i am currently not updated with wich are the best options right now so i am asking here only thing i know is probably he is aming for a 4070 or 4080 gpu any help with the other parts would be greatly appreciated

Forget about the 4080 "Special Scam Edition" whose price alone is more than your budget...
