Most powerful Mini PC available?

I just came across the MinisForum HX90G which comes with the RX 6600M, Ryzen 9 5900X. Seems to play 1440p very good, even AAA Games, but was wondering if there are more powerful ones that can do 4K. I have small space in my room and I wish to hook it up to my TV as a desktop experience but from 6 feet away. 

Budget Gamer at heart.
