Will CTR 2.1 apply on startup?

Hello guys ive downloaded CTR2.1 for some overclocking gains and have gotten a OC recommendation of 4.5ghz at 1.35v. 

And I was wondering after press the tune button on the panel, does it automatically apply it on the CPU and system forever or do I have to manually enter bios and change the values itself? Thanks
