The time has come for me to format my laptop,

 

How do I reuse the key on  the bottom of my comp? 

 

It keeps telling me that the key is already used even though I havent changed out the hard drive..

It should ask you to call a number which may be automated where it will give you another key to enter OR some guy in India will talk to you and activate it for you

Well it was someone off of Microsoft's site and the guy said that he would fix it for $60 bucks but he'd do it from a distance(can't recall what it's called, but basically he sees your screen from his computer).

 

After I moaned and bitched a bit he said he'd do it for free, but by that time I was soo pissed that I told him to go F himself and expressed how much I hated Microsoft...

 

Maybe it was somehow a hack through Microsoft's site to gain access to my personal files?
