Windows 8.1 Automatic Repair Failed

I'm just so unbelievably pissed the hell off. I bought titan fall just to be notified you need windows 64 bit... I waned to factory restore my harddrive but no, windows crashed md way through and keeps saying the same thing! There isn't the right file or some bs but I have been up all night trying to figure this out, oh yeah the disk is scratched and it read either so do I need to get hdd?

Put windows iso on a disk of flash drive, and boot from that. When you get to the install screen you can format your hard drive, but this will delete EVERYTHING off of it.

Your able to use a friends computer to download a windows 7 ISO and put it onto a flash drive, then just download the Microsoft Windows 7 USB tool and put the iso onto a usb and boot from the usb.  Just install windows that way.
