When you play games, keep task manager open on another window and monitor the storage the game is installed on, does it shoot up to 100% usage when the stutter happens ?

If it's on a HDD probably related to that.

CPU: Ryzen 5900x | GPU: RTX 3090 FE | MB: MSI X470 Gaming Pro Carbon | RAM: 32gb Ballistix | PSU: Corsair RM750 | Cooler: Sythe Fuma 2 | Case: Phanteks P600s | Storage: 2TB WD Black SN 750 & 1TB Sabrent Rocket | OS: Windows 11 Pro & Linux Mint

i dont have a nvme ssd but i have a sata ssd and its almost full because of the os being on that drive

Ok, well moving it to the ssd should fix the stutters

If you can't move it not much can be done.

Sounds like something is being saturated, so when the game seeks files it stutters because HDD's are slow and takes time to seek what it's looking for.
